Paul Barry is a journalist, newsreader and television presenter, who has won many awards for his investigative reporting. He previously worked for the BBC on numerous programs, before emigrating to Australia. He started out as an economics then later investigative reporter and news programme presenter – never skirting controversy throughout his journalistic career.

Paul has worked for almost every major media group in Australia, in TV, print, radio and online … and sacked from several of them!

He has also written seven best-selling books, about Alan Bond, Kerry Packer, Rupert Murdoch and others. Paul is currently host of Media Watch, ABC TV, a job he has been doing since 2013.
