Namila Benson

Namila Benson is an accomplished TV presenter, broadcaster, writer and educator who works across a range of media and creative platforms. Throughout her extensive career, she has presented and produced multiple unique national arts programs for television and radio.

Namila authored the memoir of respected Elder, actor and activist – the late, great Uncle Jack Charles. The result of this collaboration was Uncle’s book cheekily titled, Jack Charles: Born-Again Blakfella. With a media career spanning over three decades, Namila continues to happily and skilfully guide complex, thought-provoking and accessible conversations at major festivals and events across Australia.
