
Emily Maguire
Emily Maguire is the author of seven novels and three non-fiction books.
Her 2016 novel, An Isolated Incident, was shortlisted for the Stella Prize and the Miles Franklin Literary Award, and her book Love Objects was shortlisted for the Australian Book Industry Awards Literary Fiction Book of the Year in 2022.
Her articles and essays on sex, feminism and culture have been published widely including in the Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, The Observer and The Age.
Emily has an MA in literature and works as a mentor to young and emerging writers.
Her latest book is the novel, Rapture, a timely, imaginative historical novel of female courage and faith, of deception and love.
