Tara June Winch

Tara June Winch, a Wiradjuri writer based in France, is the author of The Yield, winner of the 2020 Miles Franklin Literary Award and seven other national Australian literary prizes. After the Carnage received critical acclaim and her novel Swallow the Air winning multiple Australian literary awards has now been reissued as a First Nation Classic and has also been a syllabus text for nearly two years. Currently, Tara is working on film projects and her latest novel, Geography.
